DIGITAL GENERATION: GETTING YOUR FIRST JOB IN MUSIC – ESTABLISHED OR INDIE?

Get an internship or start out on my own?

That’s the key question for young music industry wannabes who are starting out today. It’s an important question. Working your way up in an establish music company is competitive and rewarding. At the same time the availability of technology and tools to create communities online has made the building your own brand online more possible than ever.

Along with Sammy Andrews I’ve curated a panel titled DIGITAL GENERATION: GETTING YOUR FIRST JOB IN MUSIC – ESTABLISHED OR INDIE? to answer this question.

OneFest is a community festival at the Roundhouse from the 12th – 15th of May. The festival fosters the new generation of talent from up and coming bands to future biz dev executives.

Get your tickets here and I’ll see you at the Roundhouse!
